1. Incorrect PIN Code One of the most common issues is entering the wrong PIN. After three unsuccessful attempts, your Ledger device will lock and require a factory reset. Always double-check your PIN before entering it.

2. Device Not Detected If Ledger Live doesn’t recognize your device, try using a different USB cable or port. Ensure that your device is turned on and properly connected. For Bluetooth devices, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
